I really don't know how two opposite Traits will interact in the base game, choosing both Fast Shot and Trigger Discipline. The added Traits also incorporate the hidden effects of their counterparts. (This perk implements a fix similar to that of Loose Cannon from YUP, but does not require YUP, nor does it edit Loose Cannon itself this fixes the perk not applying to the Incendiary Grenade and Throwing Knife Spear. New Vegas has two Traits with opposite effects (Fast Shot and Trigger Discipline) so I decided to expand that idea to the game's other Traits. +1 to all SPECIAL while carry weight is below 160 lbs (-Hidden effect: +30% AP cost with thrown weapons in VATS) 5 Speech, Medicine, Repair, Barter, & Science Single barrel shotgun is uneffected by Trigger Discipline trait, since it only has 1 shot.

+5 Guns, Energy Weapons, Melee, Unarmed, & Explosives repair, science and barter which I use a lot - and the Trigger Discipline trait which trades better accuracy for speed in weapon use - I like hitting. +60% critical damage with Unarmed and Melee Weapons
